They feature tough polyethylene construction for maximum impact resistance, and available internal safety foam to reduce fuel slosh. RCI gave them a 2 in. sump to prevent fuel starvation and enhance performance. Other features include flush mount aircraft-type lids, two -8 AN outlets, and one -8 AN vent fitting.
