These MSD Coil Wire Retainers solve the problem of the coil wire coming loose from the tower of the coil. The hood holds the boot securely in the coil. The lower portion of the retainers snaps around the body of the coil under the flange, and is held in place with a nylon tie wrap. Some coils are shorter than others, so a spacer ring is included. This combination keeps the coil wire in place even under severe racing conditions.
